Spring 2014 I was living with a friend in Eagle River, got a ride to Wausau, then took a greyhound bus to Milwaukee for the first time to check out UWM & in Spring of 2019 I received my BA in Theatre Practices. Milwaukee is home now. I walk down Brady Street & always see friends or familiar faces making it feel like the biggest small town. One that continues to help me grow as an artist/human being. It’s a resilient community that always seems to have my back no matter life’s detour.
& like the former Chairman of the Theatre Dept said to me when I walked across the stage, “Who woulda thought!”
